To see artworks (both indoor and outdoor) interspersed in each area of Ishinomaki city, Oshika Peninsula and Onagawa Station, you need to check in with the Reborn-Art Passport and your ID item with photo. With the passport, you can view the artworks repeatedly during the festival*.
*Reborn-Art Festival 2021-22 (summer session) is from August 11 through September 26, 2021, except for August 18, September 1 and 15 (holidays).
There are two kinds of Passports: online (QR code) and paper.
*The prices are the same for both online and paper.
After purchasing the Passport, on the day you want to see the exhibit, please come to the information desk with your ID with a face photo on the day you want to see the exhibit, and check in.
*Entry is free for those who are junior high school students or younger, and those who have the handicapped person’s passbook. (For fee-charging events, there are other requirements.) When you check in on the day of your visit, we confirm your age or the handicapped person’s passbook and issue the Passport.
*When you purchase the Student Passport, we confirm your student ID when you check in.
*The Miyagi Citizen’s Passport is only available for citizens of Miyagi Prefecture. At the check-in, we confirm the Passport holder’s ID and address.
*The fee for the Miyagi Citizen’s Passport is the same for pre-sale and on the day of the visit.
*The parking fee for the Oshika Peninsula area provided by the Reborn-Art Festival (¥500/day per car) is included in the fee of the Reborn-Art Passport. To see the works outside the Oshika Peninsula area, please use coin parking in the vicinity.
*When you check in at the information desk on the day of your visit, we need to confirm your ID, so please use your real name when you purchase the Passport online
After you go through screening for the new coronavirus, please show the Reborn-Art Passport QR code or the exchange ticket for the Passport and check in at the information.
After your ID with a face photo such as a driver’s license is confirmed, you are provided with a wristband that is valid only for that day.
Your temperature is taken and you are asked
to disinfect your hands and fingers.
*Those who have fever above 37.5°C and who are not feeling well cannot participate.

*Your ID is necessary when you check in.
After the screening for COVID-19 is over and the Reborn-Art Passport and ID are confirmed, you will be given a wristband that is valid only for that day. Please make sure to wear it on your wrist and show it to the staff when entering each venue.
The Reborn-Art Passport is valid for any number of times during the festival period (except for holidays), but you need to visit the information at the start of the day and check in every time.
Without the wristband that is valid for the day, you cannot enter the exhibition venue even if you come directly to the site.
